喷雾采用气缸往复式移动,对应PCB宽度及喷雾时间自动调节,
微调装置带压力表, 恒压装置,顶部及双侧抽风,助焊剂低位报警。
The movement of sprayer is under cylinder control for nozzle moving;
Automatic adjustment of length, width and speed of PCB;
Vernier adjuster w/ pressure gauge;
Isobaric pressure equipment;
Exhausting and filtering from the top, bottom and backside;
Automatic supply with flux and flux insufficient or
overfeed alert.
3) 预热装置
Pre-heater
远红外发热管1.8M长,带高温陶瓷玻璃保护,PID
温度控制(模拟量控制)。

3 preheat zones.
4) 双波峰锡缸
Dual Wave Solder Pot
无铅合金炉胆,无铅焊接喷咀设计,直联式波峰马达,变频调速,
外置式发热装置,PID温度控制(模拟量控制),焊料低位报警
